It could be that the blue finish is used to tell the user what the center conductor is, yes? A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

The Z A receiver thinks it is still at the location where power was last turned off.
This may have been thousands of miles away. You must initiate a Survey command to the receiver. This instructs the Z A to determine its present location. From this point, the unit will probably function properly. The Survey command is issued using the software Satstat.
